  • A total of 8 one-hour (live) classes covering entire series of Face Yoga exercises.
  • Lesson instruction sheets with photos.
  • Follow-along videos emailed to you for all exercises.

  • Since the COVID-19 pandemic, all live "in person" workshops are now going to be held "live" through Zoom Meeting as mentioned above. One can participate in Zoom meetings through a meeting link sent to each participant.
